I've bee...Interesting... thanks for sharing!! <br /><br />I've been to Pirate's Alley Café, and they offered to burn my absinthe and also included fire in their absinthe demonstrations to tourists... though that was in 2010. Antoine's Annex used to have absinthe (which they also offered to burn for me in 2011), but I believe they stopped selling.
